Maa Mansadevi Ropeway, Haridwar

Located in Haridwar atop the Shivalik hills, Maa Mansadevi Temple is one of the most pious temples in North India. It is considered as one of the most ancient and famous ‘Sidhpeethas’ (holy places where one’s wishes are fulfilled, according to the Hindu mythology).

Maa Chandidevi Ropeway, Haridwar

Located atop Neel hills in Haridwar, the Chandidevi temple is one of the most ancient temples of North India. The main deity is said to have been installed in the 8th century by Shri Adi Shankaracharya. It is believed that the Goddess fulfills the wishes of millions of devotees .

Gujarat

We have two ropeways in the state of Gujarat.

Maa Kalidevi Ropeway

Maa Mahakalika temple, Pavagadh is one of the biggest tourist and pilgrimage centres in the dynamic state of Gujarat and attracts millions of tourists and pilgrims every year. It is a famous Hindu and Muslim pilgrim centre, located at Pavagadh in Panchmahal District of Gujarat. Situated amidst dense forests on a cliff, the temple is believed to be one of the 51 ‘Shakti Peethas’ according to the Hindu mythology.

Maa Ambaji Ropeway

Maa Ambaji Temple is one of the richest and sacred temples in Gujarat. It attracts millions of pilgrims from Gujarat and neighbouring Rajasthan state every year. According to Hindu mythology, Maa Ambaji temple is one of the 51 “Shaktipeethas” where it is believed that, the heart of Goddess Sati fell, and that it is the source of supreme power of cosmic energy of the Universe.

Kerala

Malampuzha Gardens, one of the biggest tourist attractions of “Gods’ Own country”, attracts lakhs of tourists from Kerala & other states every year. Amidst various attractions existing at Malampuzha, the Ropeway stands out in terms of quality and customer satisfaction.  It was the first Ropeway in South India and remains the only Passenger Ropeway of its kind in the South.

Odisha

Maa Tara Tarini Ropeway, Ganjam, Odisha, India

 

The Tara Tarini temple is located atop the Kumari hills on the bank of Rushikulya. The Twin Goddesses Tara and Tarini are worshiped at the temple as manifestations of Adi Shakti. The Taratarini Hill Shrine is one of the oldest pilgrimage centres of the Mother Goddess and is one of four Adi Shakti Peethas in India.
